Room view was amazing. Staff help was lacking.

the staff were friendly upon arrival and the facilities were just as expected, similar to other ibis hotels. it's also conveniently located right across the street from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf.

I had a fantastic stay where I enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread and the relaxing vibe by the pool. The hotel offered cozy lounge areas and a beautiful seaside view to unwind. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊

The hotel offered a great location near the beach with clean rooms. However, noise from above was bothersome, and the surrounding area felt a bit unsafe. Ample staff were always friendly and eager to assist, which added a nice touch to the experience.

A Nice Stay for a Quick Trip

I had a comfortable overnight stay. The room was cozy, perfect for a solo traveler like me. I appreciated the attentive staff, especially the warm helpful security team. Breakfast was a delightful surprise, offering a good range of options. Keep in mind, the location is not ideal for exploring local restaurants.

Clean and comfy accommodations with a strong air conditioner. Great access to the beach, just a short walk away. The location is also near restaurants and shops Internet connection was excellent, allowing for easy browsing. I enjoyed my stay.

However, the elevator was more temperamental than a diva on a bad day. And don't get me started on the bathroom smell—yikes!

Oh man, if you're a salad lover, the nearby Luxury Burger Ctg had killer options that made my taste buds dance! Plus, the friendly staff really made us feel welcome and the hotel had excellent access to the beach.

On the flip side, the bar scene was a bummer. I felt like I was asking for a miracle when I requested a proper wine glass—got handed some regular glass instead. Not cool for the price, but I’ll keep the vibes high!

Super Clean and Convenient Spot

I stayed here for a week and it was pretty chill. The bed was comfy and check-in was a breeze. The staff were super nice, always smiling. Just a heads-up, there’s no gym or pool, which was a bummer for me. Also, breakfast isn’t included, so I had to shell out extra for that. But taxis are always available, which is great!

A fitting option for taking strolls in Cartagena with fantastic value. The nice shower made my stay much more comfortable. Bring some snacks since breakfast is pretty basic.
